Bringing contemporary housing design and building efficiencies to the community sector

About Us

Established in 2018, EveryOne Homes is a dedicated division of Metricon Homes, specialising in building social, affordable, and accessible houses. We partner with government bodies, community housing providers, not-for-profit organisations, and developers of accessible housing to provide holistic solutions for design and construction projects, tailored to the needs of the people and communities we serve.

Leveraging Metricon’s design expertise, operational and construction efficiencies together with unparalleled economies of scale, EveryOne builds contemporary, affordable homes. We manage projects ranging from a few homes on a suburban lot to large-scale townhouse developments and extensive undertakings with up to 400 dwellings in new estates.

With the backing of Metricon, Australia’s largest residential builder with 48 years of industry experience, EveryOne Homes benefits from extensive knowledge and resources. Metricon builds over 4,000 homes annually across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and South Australia, including individual dwellings, dual-occupancy developments, and medium-density projects.

Our sector-focused designs, many developed specifically for our community housing provider clients, seamlessly integrate into the neighbourhood character of their communities. These homes are designed for tenant comfort and efficient land use, optimising value for money. We also prioritise the use of durable materials to minimise maintenance costs.

EveryOne Homes is committed to building long-term relationships with clients who share our philosophy of contemporary design, high-quality construction, and efficiency achieved through scale.
